EEATERS Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the EEATERS platform: creating an account, using the SEO and AI features, payments, and the responsibilities of each party.

1. Scope of the service

EEATERS is an SEO and content marketing platform. We provide tools for technical site audits, search rank monitoring, content analysis, and creating and editing articles with the help of artificial intelligence.

2. Account and registration

Most features require an account. The details you provide must be true and current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for actions taken on your account.

3. Cals and payments

AI operations are billed in action points (Cals). Points come from your subscription plan or from purchasing extra packages. We charge your balance only for a completed operation, and if a step fails we do not charge points. See the pricing page for plan and price details.

4. The role of AI and specialist oversight

Some recommendations and content are produced with the help of AI models. The most important recommendations are verified by SEO specialists before they reach you. Suggestions are supportive in nature and do not guarantee specific search results.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the content and data you enter. You grant us a limited license needed to provide the service, for example to process content with AI. You are responsible for making sure published content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep the service working correctly and reliably. EEATERS provides tools and recommendations, but the final decisions about your site are yours. We are not responsible for search rankings or for the outcomes of implementing suggestions.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms or the law. Settlements follow the rules described in the pricing page.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and will give advance notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
